Diane Bombart is co-founder of MatchLocal. She is also evaluator of international development policies and programmes specialised in results-based management.

Over the past decade, Diane has supported many international and national governmental organizations in improving their policies, tools and projects, both as an independent evaluator and as in-house analyst. Click here to see an overview of her work.

From 2021 to 2022, Diane supported the German Foreign Federal Office in developing early warning analyses of crisis areas. She also contributed to the develoment of innovative tools for Multi-Level Governance in fragile contexts, based on case studies of UNDP projects in Tunesia and the Lake Chad Basin region.

Diane holds a doctoral degree in organisational sociology as well as a master’s degree in political science.
